RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The product you ordered does not have the right size or is not to your liking? Don’t worry, you have 14 working days from the moment your receive your parcel to ask for a return, then you have another 14 working days to send us back the item(s) in question.

Return process

If you wish to return an article, go to your account, click on the wanted order, then click on “Return an article from this order”. Follow the instructions. We advise you choose a mean of transportation with a tracking number. Without a number, we will not accept any reclamation.

The product(s) must then be securely wrapped in their original packaging, clean and in a perfect state for reselling. They must be sent with any accessory, instruction paper or other documentation that was included with them. You cannot return incomplete, broken, damaged or worn products.

Upon receiving the parcel, Frenchblossom.com will judge of the state of the returned products. No return will be accepted if the products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damages make it impossible to sell the product again.

For items bought on sales or with a discount, there can be an exchange or we will give you a voucher of their value. You cannot be reimbursed.

The return fees (mainly for the shipping) will be on your charge except if French Blossom made a mistake on your order.

Exchange

If you return an article for a size or colour problem, we can send you the same item in a different size or colour, if this product is in stock. In this case, after receiving your parcel, French Blossom will proceed to the exchange of product and will send you the new item. French Blossom will take in charge the fees of the new shipping within France only.

Note that if the wanted article for exchange is more expensive than the returned product, you will have to pay the difference. In the reverse case, you will receive a credit note of the amount of the difference.

The vouchers sent by French Blossom in exchange for a returned product are valid during a 6 months period on the entire selection of products offered on the website www.frenchblossom.com. The vouchers are not combinable between themselves nor are they with discount codes.

Credit Notes and Reimbursement

Once the parcel has been returned, and according to your liking, we will create a voucher valid 6 months on www.frenchblossom.com or reimburse you the amount corresponding to the value of the products returned (after deduction of any discount).

French Blossom will make the reimbursement in a maximum time of 14 days. The reimbursement will be made through the same payment method you chose when you ordered (PayPal or Credit Card).
