The Dong Nai artisan dark chocolate is designed and made by MAROU at their cacao fermentation and drying station in the Dong Nai Province of Vietnam. This station is located near the beautiful Tien Natural Park.
The fact that Marou ferment, dry and create the chocolate here makes this a very rare 'bean to bar' chocolate where the whole process occurs in one place.
The careful fermentation of the cocoa beans is critical in bringing out the delightfully rich spicy notes in the Dong Nai bars. This chocolate has a cocoa content of 72%
